Processing Orders

All orders will be processed and despatched using your chosen delivery method within 3 working days of order placement.

Deliveries and Missing orders

Delivery dates quoted are estimated delivery dates only and can be subject to change by the couriers. Specialist Sports cannot be held responsible for this, but we will, wherever possible, inform you if we are made aware of issues with your delivery.

In the very rare circumstance that your order is lost in transit we are unable to cancel or replace the goods until our couriers have completed their investigation. This usually takes 2-3 working days.

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the order within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Once your item has been despatched, we are unable to cancel the order until it has been returned to us.

Under-Priced Items

If an item on The Hockey Store website has been under-priced by mistake, we are not liable to supply the item at that stated price. We have the right to correct the price on the provision that we notify you about the discrepancy prior to despatching the item. If this did happen, we would notify you with the correct price giving you the option to decide whether you would still like to make the purchase.

Our Guarantee

All products supplied are 100% genuine. We aim to hold stock of all colours and sizes whilst the product is active. Occasionally, due to popular demand, items may become out of stock. Delivery dates quoted are estimated delivery dates only and can be subject to change.

Discounts

Terms and Conditions apply to any promotional discount codes. It is your responsibility to apply the code at the checkout stage unless a technical error occurs. The discount amount cannot be applied or refunded once your order is complete. Only one discount can be redeemed per order. The discount will not apply to delivery costs unless specified otherwise. Discount codes are not valid on sale items or in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless stated otherwise.

RETURNS POLICY AND INFORMATION

Items being returned must be returned under the Terms and Conditions outlined here. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unsatisfied with your items for any reason, you have 30 days to return your order. To return an item, products must be in the same condition we sent them to you. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging with labels and stickers still attached.

Please note that personalised or customised items such as badged, named or numbered garments are exempt from this policy and can't be returned for refund or exchange.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We aim to process refunds and exchanges within seven days of receiving your return. We will email you once your return has been processed.

FAULTY ITEMS

If a fault has occurred with your product please return the item in a well packaged box with a covering note detailing your name, order number and description of the fault. You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods for exchange or refund, please return the item to the above address using a recorded method of postage. Please note that Specialist Sports do not accept responsibility for any items lost, delayed or damaged in post. We will despatch any replacement goods free of charge.

We assess all faults quickly and may return to the source factory for detailed inspection if we are unable to reach a definitive conclusion as to the problem. Please be aware this can take up to 30 working days. We will aim to keep you informed during this process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Subject to the provisions of our Refund/Returns Policy outlined above, any customer has the right to cancel their order within 30 days of receiving the order. The order cancellation procedure is identical to the Refund/Returns stated above.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Order Processing

We process and despatch orders 5 days a week (bank holidays excluded). If your order is placed on a bank holiday the order will not start to be processed until the next working day. Your order will be processed within the following 3 working days.

Where is my Order?

Once your order has been successfully despatched, we will notify you via email with tracking information. You can access tracking information from the 'My Account' section of the website. UK Delivery

• We offer Standard Delivery (1-2 days) for £6.00 on all orders.

International Deliveries

• Shipping outside of UK is available on request. Please contact thehockeystore@specialistsports.com for further details and pricing.
